"I lived at Linden Terrace for two years (June 2018-May 2020) and I can say it's a great place to live. The location is prime, considering it's only a minute away from campus, a few more minutes away from downtown, and super close to the grocery store. I was able to park in the parking lot designated only for Linden Terrace residents, which also had bright lighting at night....I was relieved to be able to deal with the landlord, Bill, directly without dealing with a property management group. He also informed me that I'll be getting my full security deposit back, which is almost unheard of nowadays. Thanks for everything!"

"This is an awesome place to rent. I have lived in Linden Terrace for almost two years and I highly recommend it. The rent price is accessible, the rental units are in formidable conditions and have complete high quality amenities and appliances (safety, storage room, garden, fire place, kitchen, AC unit, washing machine, drying system, dishwasher, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, etc.). The distance from the U of A campus, and grocery stores is convenient for walking, biking, and driving (there is always place to park, in and around the complex)...Linden Terrace is a nice place to rent: This is what you are looking for!"

"I am going to miss living at Linden Terrace for so many reasons when I leave for grad school in another city - it takes less than ten minutes to bike to campus, it is super close to 4th ave/downtown, it is quiet and clean, there's a very responsive handyman for any issues, a communicative and kind landlord, a park and grocery store just a few blocks away, I felt safe, there are modern appliances and AC, there's lots of free parking, utilities except electricity are included, super affordable rent... the list goes on! I highly recommend these 2 bed/2 bath condos, especially for students at UA!

The apartment is well maintained, as well as the outside area, but if there is ever an issue, landlord and maintenance are prompt to get it fixed. I never came across any major problems and would definitely recommend renting here for an enjoyable stay!!"

"This was by far the best place I have ever lived in. The landlord, Bill, keeps Linden Terrace in perfect condition. When there is a problem, I just texted Bill or Dan, the maintenance man, and they responded and fixed the problem within that same week. They are both very kind people. The duplexes are in a great location, being only a mile and a half away from campus. If you have a car, there is way more than enough parking in the street or in the parking lot. After moving out, I received my full deposit back, and Bill was very helpful in the transition. I highly recommend living here!"

The apartments have perfect space for two people with two bathrooms and multifunctional living area. We had a beautiful washer and dryer, making things convienent for us as students.
