I lived here for 2 years and have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this complex! I loved the size of the town house and bedrooms and totally loved the outdoor porch area. The landlord is hands down the best I’ve ever had. He’s super nice and really cares about his tenants. Any problem we had was always fixed super quickly and was scheduled before hand. The Appliances are up to date and much better than others I’ve had in my apartments in the past! Location and rent is great and it’s very close to the University. Would recommend living here!

I lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The location is awesome and the landlord is better than any landlord I’ve ever had. He’s very kind, get things done when you need it, and takes really good care of the place. There is free parking in a lot in the back and each unit shares a wall with another and I almost never heard my neighbors. I wish I didn’t have to leave because I really loved it here!

I lived at Linden Terrace for two years (June 2018-May 2020) and I can say it’s a great place to live. The location is prime, considering it’s only a minute away from campus, a few more minutes away from downtown, and super close to the grocery store. I was able to park in the parking lot designated only for Linden Terrace residents, which also had bright lighting at night.

The unit itself is clean and well-kept, as Bill and Dan do a great job of maintaining everything. I’d especially like to thank Dan because he came out on multiple occasions to fix anything we had a problem with. All of the appliances worked well, it didn’t take much time for the place to cool down or heat up, could hardly hear the neighbors, front gate and bars on all of the windows provided great security, and comfortable, cozy feel are features that help Linden Terrace stand out. The rent was also very reasonable and one of the main reasons I leased here.

I was relieved to be able to deal with the landlord, Bill, directly without dealing with a property management group. He also informed me that I’ll be getting my full security deposit back, which is almost unheard of nowadays. Thanks for everything!

This is an awesome place to rent. I have lived in Linden Terrace for almost two years and I highly recommend it.

The rent price is accessible, the rental units are in formidable conditions and have complete high quality amenities and appliances (safety, storage room, garden, fire place, kitchen, AC unit, washing machine, drying system, dishwasher, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, etc.). The distance from the U of A campus, and grocery stores is convenient for walking, biking, and driving (there is always place to park, in and around the complex).
The landlord is responsible and serious. He and his team of experts are always ready to help out and fix any issue with the units. They constantly run checks to make sure the units are performing properly.

Linden Terrace is a nice place to rent: This is what you are looking for!

My roommate and I have lived at Linden Terrace going on 3 years now and we could not be happier! To begin, the location is amazing! We are both at the University and are able to ride our bikes to class, making our commute very convenient. Aside from location, the space itself is rather spacious for 2 people – each person has their own bathroom and restroom and the duplex is fully equipped with a full size fridge, washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher.

Bill, our landlord, is incredible. Whenever there is any issue, he will send Dan, the maintenance man, to fix it ASAP. He also does monthly checks on the washing machine and dish washer to check for mold or any problems and will schedule maintenance to fix it as quickly as possible. He is very diligent and maintains excellent communication – he is easily accessible for any questions/concerns/needs. I would definitely recommend Linden Terrace to anyone that is looking for a spacious place to live with an excellent location and an amazing landlord!

Linden Terrace has been the most pleasant place to live since I have been in college! Bill (the owner) cares about his tenants so much and is quick to answer any maintenance issues. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to the University without the outrageous price. The apartments are clean modern and the landscape is well kept. I am going to miss living at Linden Terrace for so many reasons when I leave for grad school in another city – it takes less than ten minutes to bike to campus, it is super close to 4th ave/downtown, it is quiet and clean, there’s a very responsive handyman for any issues, a communicative and kind landlord, a park and grocery store just a few blocks away, I felt safe, there are modern appliances and AC, there’s lots of free parking, utilities except electricity are included, super affordable rent… the list goes on! I highly recommend these 2 bed/2 bath condos, especially for students at UA!

This was by far the best place I have ever lived in. The landlord, Bill, keeps Linden Terrace in perfect condition. When there is a problem, I just texted Bill or Dan, the maintenance man, and they responded and fixed the problem within that same week. They are both very kind people. The duplexes are in a great location, being only a mile and a half away from campus. If you have a car, there is way more than enough parking in the street or in the parking lot. After moving out, I received my full deposit back, and Bill was very helpful in the transition. I highly recommend living here!

I hear lots of horror stories from my friends about their landlords, but Bill (landlord of Linden Terrace) is an exemplary one. Not only is the apartment itself great, but Bill responds quickly to any text, call, or email about your apartment. Dan, the maintenance staff, is also excellent and timely. The apartment is wonderful because there’s only one shared wall, so it felt more like a house to me. My roommate and I had sufficient shared and private space. The complex is quiet and conducive to studying and relaxation. It is about a 15-20 minute bike ride to U of A. I highly recommend Linden Terrace!

I lived at Linden Terrace for 3 years, and would’ve stayed even longer if I could! The units are extremely clean and well maintained. They’re biking distance to campus, which was a plus, and the neighbors have all been friendly and quiet. It’s also pet-friendly – no pet rent!

I’ve lived in my fair share of off-campus housing but Bill (the landlord) is by far the best landlord I’ve had. He’s extremely responsive, always available by phone/email, and when we ever needed a repair, it was done within the next 48 hours. Our A/C gave out one summer but Bill was very apologetic and it was fixed almost immediately! The maintenance man, Dan, is also so nice and get repairs done really quickly. They both go above and beyond your average landlording. 🙂 At the end of my lease, Bill was incredibly fair about any damages and returned our deposits – most places will rip you off and take out “cleaning fees” and such.

TLDR; I would recommend anyone looking for a safe and clean environment to live here!

Finding Linden Terrace was an absolute blessing, as my roommate and I wanted a nice, clean place to live that was also affordable for students. The appliances and A/C are like new and energy efficient, which is a big plus. The previous place we had lived had very poor insulation and heating/cooling, which made our electricity bill exorbitantly high in the summers. Additionally, we often ran into maintenance problems (gas leak, malfunctioning washing machine, no working A/C) at our previous place that took forever to get fixed and never really were resolved. In comparison, everything at Linden Terrace works so smoothly, you rarely ever run into maintenance issues, as Bill and Dan (the handyman) regularly check up on the units (to change the air filter, clean the washer/dryer, ensure the garbage disposal is working etc.). Living here has been the best experience I have had (I’ve moved almost every year since I came to Tucson). Bill has been extremely communicative from the start and is always very accommodating (previous landlords I’ve had have been impossible to get a hold of, or they expect you to fix any issues with the property). As many other reviewers have noted, I would highly recommend living here if you want a stress-free renting experience.
